PROHIBITED PRODUCTS POLICY

We would like to share the list of prohibited products on our platform. This is very important to ensure fairness and compliance within our community.

1. Use of Famous Sports Keywords and Logos:

The use of keywords such as "MLB," "NFL," "NBA," "NCAA," "WORLD SERIES," "MAJOR LEAGUE," and "Super Bowl" is prohibited in designs, titles, URLs, product descriptions, and store interfaces. The use of logos from well‑known sports organizations such as NBA, MLB, NFL, Super Bowl, and the MLB Commissioner's Trophy is also not allowed.

2. 100% Brand Copying:

Completely copying a brand, product, or design is strictly prohibited.

3. Fashion Brands:

Selling counterfeit products of famous brands such as Nike, Adidas, Gucci, etc. is not allowed.

4. Rock Bands:

Selling products related to famous rock bands such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, Pearl Jam, and other rock bands is prohibited.

5. German Brands:

Selling products related to German brands without official authorization is not allowed.

6. The Beatles / Paul McCartney:

Products related to The Beatles are prohibited.

7. Donation:

Using the word “donation” to promote products is not allowed.

8. Firearms and Violent Content:

Selling products related to guns or containing violent content is prohibited.

9. Recently Deceased or Sick Individuals:

Using images or names of recently deceased individuals or sick people is not allowed.

10. Harley‑Davidson:

Products related to Harley‑Davidson are prohibited.

11. Paul McCartney:

Using the name or image of Paul McCartney is not allowed.

12. RSVLTS:

Products related to RSVLTS are prohibited.

13. Copying from Represent:

Copying products or designs from Represent is not allowed.

14. Sesame Street:

Using images, character names, or any content related to the TV show Sesame Street is prohibited.

15. Fall Out Boy:

Using the name, images, logos, or any content related to the band Fall Out Boy on products, titles, descriptions, or store interfaces is strictly prohibited.

16. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:

Using images, character names, logos, or any content related to the animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is not allowed.

17. Gloomy Bear:

Using the image, symbol, or name of the character Gloomy Bear is not allowed.

18. Eminem:

Using the image, name, or any related content of rapper Eminem is strictly prohibited.

19. Harry Potter:

Using images, names, symbols, or any content related to the Harry Potter franchise is prohibited.

20. Fortnite:

Using images, logos, characters, or any elements related to the video game Fortnite is prohibited.

21. Michael Jackson:

Using the image, name, or any related content of the late singer Michael Jackson is not allowed.

22. Blondie:

Using any images, names, or related elements of the band Blondie is prohibited.

23. Deftones:

Using the image, name, or any related content of the band Deftones is not allowed.

24. Arctic Monkeys:

Using the name, image, or content related to the band Arctic Monkeys is prohibited.

25. Sonic the Hedgehog:

Using the character Sonic or any other characters from the Sonic game universe is not allowed.

26. The Amazing Digital Circus:

Using any images, characters, or content from the animated series The Amazing Digital Circus is prohibited.

27. Products of Crypton Future Media, Inc.:

Using images, names, symbols, or any content related to products from Crypton Future Media, Inc., including but not limited to Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Len, Kagamine Rin, Megurine Luka, etc., is prohibited.

28. RWBY:

Using characters, images, or content related to the animated series RWBY is prohibited.

29. Borderlands:

Using images, names, characters, or any elements related to the video game Borderlands is not allowed.

30. Artist Derek DeYoung:

Using any artworks, images, or content related to artist Derek DeYoung is strictly prohibited.

31. The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show:

Using images, names, characters, or any content related to The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show is prohibited.

32. Racing Driver Lando Norris:

Using the name, image, car number, personal symbols, or any identifying elements related to Lando Norris is not allowed.

33. Betty Boop:

Using images, names, symbols, or any content related to the cartoon character Betty Boop is prohibited.

34. Wallace & Gromit:

Using images, names, characters, or any content related to the animated film Wallace & Gromit is prohibited.

35. The Crow:

Using any elements related to The Crow franchise, including the film name, character images, crow symbols, scenes, or any visual content is prohibited.

36. Steve McQueen:

Using the name, image, or any identifying elements related to Steve McQueen is prohibited.

37. Weezer:

Using the band name, member images, logos, album covers, or any elements related to the rock band Weezer is prohibited.

38. Led Zeppelin:

Using the band name, member images, logos, album covers, songs, or any related elements of the rock band Led Zeppelin is prohibited.

39. Chicago Blackhawks:

Using the team name, logo, head symbol, primary colors, or any identifying elements related to the Chicago Blackhawks hockey team is prohibited.

40. Madlib / Quasimoto:

Using the names, images, logos, trademarks, or any identifying elements related to Madlib or Quasimoto is prohibited.

41. Garfield:

Using the name, character images, logos, illustrations, or any elements related to the Garfield comic series (including Garfield, Odie, Jon Arbuckle, etc.) is prohibited.

42. Superman (DC Comics):

Using the name, logo, “S” symbol, character image, silhouette, costume, or any identifying elements of the Superman brand is prohibited.

43. Triumph Motorcycles:

Using the name Triumph Motorcycles, logo, symbols, motorcycle images, distinctive styles, slogans, or any identifying elements related to the Triumph brand is prohibited.

44. The Allman Brothers Band:

Using the name The Allman Brothers Band, abbreviations or related variations, logos, symbols, member images, album covers, illustrations, signatures, song lyrics, or any identifying elements related to the band is prohibited.

45. Glitch Productions Pty. Ltd.:

Using or exploiting any content belonging to Glitch Productions Pty. Ltd., including:

  • Murder Drones
  • SMG4
  • Meta Runner
  • The Amazing Digital Circus
  • Glitch Techs

 

Scope of prohibition includes names, characters, images, logos, symbols, taglines, backgrounds, artwork, scenes, quotes, fonts, brand design elements, and derivative fan art with recognizable elements.
